Changing text color or style in my template

When I want to change the text color in my site, i find that I can't readily change it very well.  is there a way to do this?

How do I set my domain servers for my site?

How do I set my domain name server record for my account?  I've done this before but I forget... also if I have email on this domain name, will I accidentally mess up my email settings?
